(More customer reviews)My body seems to need extra manganese beyond what's in the multi-minerals that I take. I know I need manganese when my bones start cracking and creaking. I do muscle-testing (Applied Kinesiology) to determine if I should take the Manganese and the dosage. The results of the muscle-testing tell me to take it pretty much at each meal, most days. The Manganese seems to very much agree with my body, and it handles most of the cracking and creaking.
