(More customer reviews)I have used the Ascensia Contour Monitoring System for about one year now. This is by far the easiest and one of the fastest blood sugar monitors I have seen. Here are my observations:
* Requires very little blood
* Fast readings, 5 seconds
* BIG numbers on display
* Inexpensive test strips (when bought through Amazon), see Ascensia Contour Test Strips Box of 100
* Accurate (I have tested against my doctor's meter)
This unit does exactly what I need it to do and is fairly inexpensive (I even bought a second one to keep at work).
